Volunteers speak from East Timor

For 50 years, Australian Catholic volunteering agency Palms Australia has been helping people share their skills and assist communities overseas.

The volunteers featured in this video - teacher Anne Chapman (Melbourne Archdiocese), environmental engineer Miriam Buchhorn and nurse Damian Rake (both Maitland-Newcastle Diocese) - are three examples of people giving their time to the mission of peace.
