Church Resources - Helping Church and Not-For Profit Organisations
We provide a range of services for the church and not-for-profit sector, including aggregating buying power for a wide range of products and services used by health, welfare, aged care, education and parish organisations.
Our aim is to help church and not-for-profit groups to reduce cost, improve the efficiency and quality of their services, enabling them to put more time and energy into their core mission. We do this through a combination of procurement programs and strategic initiatives, where we facilitate collaboration and partnership between a wide variety of stakeholders, including not-for-profit, commercial enterprises and government.
Another key goal of Church Resources since it was launched in 1997 has been to build strong communication channels for the Church community, including our flagship publication www.cathnews.com.
While starting out with a focus on Catholic institutions, Church Resources has expanded its services to other church groups and all non-profit organisations. Church Resources now has over 10,000 actively purchasing member organisations in the non-profit market.

CathNews website
CathNews is a service of Church Resources. It is a daily news service with prayer, meditation and Catholic website reviews. It is the most visited Catholic website in Australia, providing a mix of news and prayer updated daily, which is also available free of charge by email. As of February 2008, there were more than 15,000 email subscribers and almost 9000 visits to the site each day.
