Also in the social services sector, Monsignor David Cappo, a key government policiy adisor, has called for a total overhaul of the way mental illness is treated.

Meanwhile the international Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has launched a new report which reveals that Christians are the most persecuted religion in the world – with 75% of religious persecution being carried out against Christians.
